CMS offers a turn-key program based upon our almost 10 years of working with the Department of Labor. Included in this program is the following structure:


  • Development of detailed On-The-Job Training plans specific to your needs (Access to standardized skill descriptors for over 1,000 occupations)
  • Coordination of appropriate supporting coursework and training sources
  • Completion of all documentation and approval for registration of program with the DOL
  • Direction for internal set-up and controls of program
  • On-going administration of the program per DOL requirements
  • Identification, application, securing and administration of support funding, grants and tax credits
  • Recruiting, screening, testing of appropriate candidates for your consideration for participation in the program

OUR TURN-KEY PROGRAM INCLUDES:

  1. Provide understanding of apprenticeship programs, benefits, potential concerns, funding sources, candidate pools and implementation plans
  2. Assist with justification of program
  3. Program design
  4. Approval and registration of program with Department of Labor
  5. Assume primary point of contact responsibility for DOL if desired
  6. Assistance with marketing of program/your company
  7. Secure funding, tax credits, wage support
  8. Recruit, screen, interview, test potential candidates for your consideration to sponsor as apprentices
  9. Provide apprenticeship agreements of understanding that define apprentice and sponsoring company responsibilities
  10. Administration of Department of Labor apprentice tracking requirements
  11. Assistance with transitioning apprentices from training to regular position
  12. Provide tools to track program performance and update training segments to insure relevance
